I believe movement is medicine for body, mind & soul. 

Nothing beats that sense of accomplishment & feel good endorphins after a good work out. 

As a mother of two adult daughters I understand that moving and living well is crucial in all of life’s stages and across all ages. 

With a dance background, I can’t help but throw in choreographed routines into classes –  to keep your mind as active as your body. 

In Mat  Pilates classes I’m a little bit core obsessed – so expect those pelvic floors and abs to engage and fire 🔥 up in creative ways. I am regularly described as the smiling assassin….but you can be the judge of that (insert evil laugh)

During yoga classes I seek to help you find that Flow State where movement & breath combine and your nervous system enters a sense of calmness. Balance postures, hip openers and ham string release are key a focal point. 

When you leave my yoga class I want you to feel refreshed, restored and rejuvenated
